POSTED ON 15th March 2026: We are looking for a talented and self-driven RESEARCH ASSISTANT.
Purpose of the post
The appointee will be a Research Assistant for study focused on elucidating mechanisms of chromosomal instability and cellular stress response that modulate cancer and aging.
Main duties and responsibilities
We are looking for candidate who will actively be involved in performing tumorigenic assays, confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, cell biology and biochemistry assays. The RA will be working closely with the Principal Investigator and the team’s research and clinical collaborators.
He/she will also be required to assist with any other duties as delegated by the PI, particularly procurement-related matters.
Qualifications
The applicant should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, be passionate and curious about science, possess excellent work ethic, is committed to contributing to science and healthcare via research work and is able to be work well in a fast-paced dynamic team. Candidate with prior research experience and knowledge/technical know-how in interdisciplinary areas that can supplement cancer/aging biology is preferred.
